General Steps for the Injection
Wash Your Hands: Use soap and water before handling supplies.
Gather Supplies: You will need a syringe, needle, vial of the L-Carnitine solution, alcohol wipes, and cotton.
Prepare the Syringe:
Clean the vial with an alcohol wipe.
Draw 1 ml of air into the syringe.
Insert the needle into the vial and push the air into the vial.
Draw 1 ml of the L-Carnitine solution into the syringe.
Select the Injection Site: Clean the area with an alcohol wipe.
Inject:
Insert the needle into the selected area at a right angle (90 degrees).
Push the plunger to inject the solution.
Apply Pressure: After removing the needle, apply pressure to the area with a cotton ball to stop any bleeding.
